Second set. With straight legs. I tried to do this with better form than the first set, but in the end the form get’s quite awful. But in the end it feels quite awful too.
not that i’m doubting my baseball coaches method, but during the off season he gave each of us a wheel attached to a broom stick to use as a generic model of the ab wheel. I’ve been slacking off since the season end and i’ve decided to try and get back in shape and i was wondering if there is more effective ways to get back in shape besides breaking your back with the stupid ab wheel?
And don’t tell me to just do the sit-ups, because I really am not improving even though I do them daily.
Please tell me the answer to my question above.
