im kind of confused whether the ab roller will make me gain muscle or lose weight. im trying to lose weight first, so yeah.

I just recently bought an ab wheel because i would like to improve my stomach muscles. right now i do not have any sort of "pack" but a little bit of an outline. my tummy does have a little bit of flap..not a lot just a little. I weigh 125 pounds and i would like to get down to about 120. Im 20 years old and im not in any sports at the moment because im in college. im 5’6" and i’m skinny already just want to lose tummy fat. Ive been reading online about the best ab equipment and i didnt want to spend over 100 dollars on stupid equipment. i bought this thing for 10 dollars at kmart and when i woke up this morning i could feel it..i can barely move lol. Im also going to try to eat healthier. i dont get up early enough for breakfast and some times im not hungry at lunch so i usually have a snack close to dinner. if i do get hungry i at least try to eat oatmeal once a day. i took pop (soda) out of my daily intake because i used to drink 3-5 a day. so anyways my question is how long will it take for me to actually get at least a 4 pack with cutting down on eating and having oatmeal every day and not drinking unhealthy things? also if anyone who answers this and has used the ab wheel tell me about your experience because i definitely think something is working
i do have a fast metabolism..always have. i think thats why i stay skinny. I read somewhere that some guy for the first week he used the ab wheel on monday doing 1 set of 6 reps and 2 sets of 3 reps, rested on tuesday then did it again on wed. friday. rested on the weekend and then did it again on monday but instead did 1 set of 9 reps and 1 set of 7 reps. do you think that’s even a good work out?
i bought an ab wheel and i think im doing it right,
but each time i pull back, the top of my stomach hurts..
is it suppose to hurt?
and pls put how to use the ab wheel….thanx
also…my back feels like it is gonna snap.. is this normal or is it because im not keeping my back straight?
and when i say its easier for me to use it on the bed..i mean it is easier to pull back…

How long does it take to get a 6 pack with an ab wheel. I do 2 reps of 15 a day, everyday. My bmi is about 8. How many days will it take to get a 6 pack???
