every time i use it, i feel the burn only on my arms when i pull myself back up,then the next morning my arms are sore, but nothing else

what am i doing wrong

Decided to make an ab wheel, cost next to nothing and took less than 5 minues to make!

If so, did you like the results and is it worth buying?

(It’s a bar with a wheel in the middle of it. You place your hands on the handles and roll forward with it, thus working out the abs.)

How to use the ab wheel

I just got one, but I’m having trouble using it. It seems like I have to use alot of arm strength just to keep my weight up when rolling forward, which I don’t have a problem with, but I’m getting no workout on my abs at all. Am I not extending it far enough? Am I supposed to roll it back with my arms or am I supposed to some how pull back with my core? Maybe I’m not physically fit enough to use it..

This video is a brief demonstration on how to properly use an AB wheel. The ab wheel is great for working the core and getting you very strong. It is great for working out the lower back, the abs and the obliques. This is a great tool to help you get those washboard abs!
