Ab Wheel Rollouts with 3 weighted vests (110 pounds) for 20 reps

I have pretty strong abs, but lately I’ve been slacking off working my abs and they aren’t as flat as I want them to be, but when I use all the exercises I used before to strengthen them (crunches, pilates, bender ball), it doesn’t seem to be doing anything. I bough an AB wheel, but it only works out my shoulders, chest, and arms (the areas I don’t need worked out). What is the best way to restrengthen and flatten my abs?

i’ve started doing light weights again recently that I used to in the past. i was just wondering….how many calories do I likely burn in a workout. I use two 15 pound dumbells, and I do several different types of arms exercises with them. I also use an ab wheel, and do situps. I do this for about 30-40 minutes a day, and 3 or 4 days a week. I’m 21 years old too it that helps out at all.

I started working out a year ago and spent about 8 months doing decline crunches at the local YMCA. Then I added on leg lifts and then started using an ab wheel. The last 2 months I have used an ab roller extensively in my home, every day, and only do crunches and leg lifts when I hit the gym (every 3 or 4 days usually)

My question to Y!A is what does Y!A think I need to add to increase results?

Great exercise to change up your abdominal routine. Do 3 reps on every exercise.

So, I’ve been working out for almost a year now and I’m looking for some way to increase my results. My abs just aren’t defined enough, it’s really bugging me.

Right now I do an ab-wheel (a wheel with two little handles at the end that I roll across a floor) for 15-20 minutes a night, every night. I also supplement this by going to the gym and doing weighted crunches on a decline, and sit ups, but I only go to the gym once every 3 or 4 days. I integrate that portion of my ab workout with my overall body workout.

So, how would I increase my ab definition?

Ab Roller

Okay. So I weigh about 110 pounds and I’ve always been towards the lean side body wise. But I see that i’ve gained some stomach and ab fat and really want to lose it with summer coming up. What is a good workout for me to do? Will an ab wheel help? Any suggestions dietwise?? Please Help!!
