im 14 and have been trying to get a 6 pack and working hard at it. i eat healthy and try to workout as much as i can-but i was just curious, does the ab wheel really work? i do about 50- 300 ab wheel rolls a week so how fast can i get a visible 6 pack (without flexing) if i do this many ab rolls a week?

I thought about a new way to train yourself up to a full unassisted ab wheel rollout. Attach the rubber band to a pull-up bar and around your waist. Adjust the length of the rubber band as you get stronger. You may use some rope between the rubber band and the bar to adjust the resistance.
What are some good exercises to build muscle without using weights or equipment? I don’t need to look like a bodybuilder, i just want to be muscular.
I have found that the best exercises for my abs is the bicycle, and i also use the "ab wheel" – that little wheel with two handles on it. Now i just need exercises for the rest of my body.

Would it be better purchasing a 2 wheels ab roller or a single abs wheel.looked at many video on youtube which every person is using the roller with 2 wheels attached.
2 wheels being more stable when performing the exercise. SIngle wheel is harder to do(due to more focus on balancing) but is more effective. Correct me if im wrong

When I’m not swimming on a team, what exercises should I do on dryland that would help me in swimming? I currently do pushups/ab wheel workouts and occasionally calves (By tiptoeing). Sometimes running up and down the stairs as cardio. Thank you for your input.
