i recently bought one at the sports store, and i was wondering if anyone has tried this or is doing this exercise. testimonials will be helpful. i’m still deciding whether or not to use this instead of the classic crunches and whatnot
aaaaaa d: but i happen to like exercising.

I just wanted a little help with forming a plan with the exercise equipment I got for Christmas. I want to work out my whole body and become healthier while trimming my stomach a bit. What plan should I do and how often should I exercise with them?
Here is the list of what I got:
exercise bicycle
ab wheel
resistance band
free standing punching bag(looks like a ballon)
ankles weights

PS-No mean or stupid answers please.

I want to lean and tone my body, especially the stomach area. While a jump rope and ab wheel do the job (that is, will they give me a complete workout, with no other things)? If so, what type of jumping rope should I do? 15 mins of constant speed jumping? Or jumping fast for 2 mins, then slow for 1? Which way is best for fat loss? Assume diet is in check and under control.

Forgot to add, the fat around my stomach is really flabby, it is not minor fat.

I work out often. Mainly just free weights and power lifting. I also run 3/4 of a mile on the days I’m lifting.

I use an ab roller wheel and do sit ups (3 sets of 25), but still have a beer belly and love handles. The section (not sure if it’s abdomens) under my chest is pretty strong, but I still have a bit of a beer belly below that… It looks weird.

Can anyone reccommend some exercises to target the beer belly/love handles? Please, try and mention specifics, as to what muscles to use and try and be specific about range of motion… I’ve done excersizes wrong before ;) .

Also, I eat a lot… Especially during barbecue season. I started lifting weights to avoid dieting. I’m happy with the results I’ve gotten and now it’s become a hobby that I enjoy. I wonder if it’s only this area I’m having trouble with, because I eat just about anything?

i have the perfect push-up, i have the iron gym(pull-ups), a bench, an ab wheel, curl bar, and motivation (:…i need to get rid of this extra weight and tighten my body..give me some exercise sets! please
