I got an Ab roller from one of my friends..2 wheels with 2 handles;well i was wondering how to use it correctly. If anyone had a video posted for the workout or something?

AB WHEEL ROLLOUTS

I want to get a six pack in 5 months. I dont have a gut, its just that the muscles are weak and they stick out a bit. Should I try that new FDA approved ab excerciser belt, get one of those cheap abb wheels or just go with good old crunches?

I’m just wondering if anyone has tried it and what their experience was. I’m trying to shave off 20 very stubborn pounds… I exercise 5 days a week (cardio either exercise bike or tredmill/thighmaster/ab wheel/elastic bands/stretching) and I eat a healthy organic/low calorie diet and the pounds are just staying there! So, I want to try Hoodia to go along with it. Any advice/experiences?

me and gf argued ab this what u think

performing 50 reps of the ab wheel of death

I want to become stronger, by the way losing weight isn’t a big deal to me because i like my weight (approximately 170)
What can i do at the house to get fit?
will sit-ups and push-ups be enough?
I’m mainly looking for stronger abs and arms

I thought about ordering an AB wheel but i heard they were harsh on your lower back so i decided not to

thanks for the help

Okay, well I am pregnant and in ceramics.
We started wheel throwing, no pedal, you have to push the wheel with you’re right foot, I had to do this for 5 hrs today.
Is this safe to do while pregnant? I will ask next week if I can use the electric one, but am is the babe okay? My leg is cramped, and my lower ab muscles are pulled, any insight?
