Build your own Ab Wheels!
I started ab wheel like 30 min ago….My first set of ten felt like my stomach was ripping off me…did i do it right???? (I am 5’11 and 210)
So, I started working out just over a year ago. I used to do weighted crunches on a decline, and then just about six months ago a friend recommended to me that I use an ab-wheel.
I’ve been using an ab-wheel every day since early March and while it started off great,I have not seen the results that I expected.



How would I improve my abs?
breakfast, yoghurt or slice of toast
Lunch; soup with slice of bread or 2 crispbreads
dinner, chicken or fish with lots of veg.
snacks will be 2 crackers with a slice of cheese on them as im mad on cheese, my problem is i dont like salad or fruit.
Drinks dilute blackcurrant or vimto
I havent put exercise in here as i do have a cross trainer and ab wheel but not sure how many calories id need to burn on cross trainer or how many reps on ab wheel to do, im looking to lose around a stone but also to sort my fitness out as i can only run half way up the street before i am shattered, and i need to tone up as i have gained a podge in the past couple of years.
