it takes a while and each time u do these it really and i mean really rips ur stomach u will be sore the only way is start off gentle steps and be smart i made a tutorial for it so people wont hurt themselves

i know about men being grrr strength and all there is different strength indeed.. my aunt was a ballerina danced all around europe and she was very powerful her legs were like steel im not kidding of her she could balance all her weight on one toe and and kick forward so yeh all that manly shit about ab wheel its just training by the way im just curious what type of dancing do u do?
yeah lol. i did ballet for most of my life. mainly classical training. but for the past five years i have been doing contemporary. and i am currently teaching ballet but taking modern. i did jazz a little but i think i will put that idea on hold for now.
is it bad if i use a dumbell instead
i think just use the as useful to use a ab wheel
it is a challenge dont forget warm up 15 mins at least waist circles etc dont injure urself

oh yes my aunt danced with nureyev once
as she reacalled he jumped about 9 feet just to show a move, amazing this was in portugal lisbon they reherearsed together im not lying there is no point ,he had amazing abillity which is underrated so i suppose men doing ballet is artistic i myself teach gong fu which is different of cousre.

trust me this thing is not a joke lol it’s EXTREMELY difficult.
good question and my answer ten mins at least until u are quite sweaty skipping is good jog on the spot jump jacks never do this cold ur asking for trouble and i mean trouble and use a wall as a guide line and remember the competition is only with our selves train safe and smart
arching the back yes and also keep ur body as stiff as u can widen the legs that bit more slight bend in the knees so ur not totally putting strain on ur hips and off u go slowly but gradually
u could use a wide dumbell bar but id say stick with the simple wheel
