not that i’m doubting my baseball coaches method, but during the off season he gave each of us a wheel attached to a broom stick to use as a generic model of the ab wheel. I’ve been slacking off since the season end and i’ve decided to try and get back in shape and i was wondering if there is more effective ways to get back in shape besides breaking your back with the stupid ab wheel?

usually equipment like that are advertised on tv too many times and it tells you something. does the product really work?
why do you think they are on almost everyday?
if I were you, i would look for another product rather than that
