I just bought one of the ab roller wheels…and I dont really know how to use it…anyway will help..tthnks!
And what is a good amout of time or how many each day so I can have a flat stomach?

Begin from being on your knees, put one hand on each handle right in front of you. With the wheel down on the carpet lean forward letting the roller roll away from your knees to where as you lie out (you will feel your stomach muscles burn holding your weight from just letting the wheel roll freely away from you) and become parallel to the ground, slowly keep going. With the wheel still in both your hands (by extending your arms) over your head allowing your stomach and face to rest on the carpet. (only the first time) take a few breaths and now with all your might pull the wheel back toward your knees. While lifting your stomach and face out of the carpet all this while keeping your back as straight as possible. Start the exercise with knees on the ground then go to keeping your whole body off the carpet (except for your toes) go from knees to fully extended and back and increase the reps each time you dedicate this exercise to your abs. Start with four then by increasing one more attempt to do the exercise as clean and straight as you can. Eventually you’ll speed up but you don’t want to. So, just start by going as slow as you can really burning the muscles, which will begin to tighten up and pull in and harden. Remember go slow and burn the muscles by only doing one per minute,
