And don’t tell me to just do the sit-ups, because I really am not improving even though I do them daily.

It’s not about the length of time spent in the an wheel or any piece of equipment. It is the quality and intensity of the workout. You can do the an roller 15 times to front and 15 times out to your sides. And with full range of motion you will get just as a good ab workout I’d not better. A person doing 100 fast sit ups isn’t really focusing on the abs as another person doing the above exercise of 15 times with a three second pause in between each rep. Good luck!
My friend you don’t need to fancy machine all that you need is an old fashioned carpet or mat and just do crunches side to side sit ups up and leg raises! No fancy machine will get you abbs hard work – determination and a healthy diet will get you to your goals but i think about 150 – 175 are about as much as a sit up!
