This is a demo of an exercise we use to build some circumductive power in the freestyle stroke during during the shoulder extension / propulsive phase. Notice the device maybe an “ab” wheel yet we concentrate on the wheel rolling under the chest and no movement at the hips. The Stuart McGill “brace” is in full effect so that there is no energy leak. The chain is added later once the movement is mastered and a static core can maintained. I’m 17 and 130 pounds. I wanna build muscle but I’m more interested in getting a real toned strong body with what I have now. The workout equipment I have available for use are : 20 pound dumbbells, and ab wheel, and a pushup bar. I will get a pull up bar with straps soon

I am trying to get into better shape for my honeymoon in a few months. My plan is to use a Precor Elipitcal 5-6 times a week for 30 minutes and use a ab wheel as well as crunchies. I also plan to eat better. Does this sound like a good plan and any advice on the best ways to loose the pooch that grows about the belly?

I’m just wondering if anyone has tried it and what their experience was. I’m trying to shave off 20 very stubborn pounds… I exercise 5 days a week (cardio either exercise bike or tredmill/thighmaster/ab wheel/elastic bands/stretching) and I eat a healthy organic/low calorie diet and the pounds are just staying there! So, I want to try Hoodia to go along with it. Any advice/experiences?
