Okay, well I am pregnant and in ceramics.
We started wheel throwing, no pedal, you have to push the wheel with you’re right foot, I had to do this for 5 hrs today.
Is this safe to do while pregnant? I will ask next week if I can use the electric one, but am is the babe okay? My leg is cramped, and my lower ab muscles are pulled, any insight?

I have an ab roller somewhere in my closet, the kind where its like a wheel? And you kneel and move it up and down or something. Idk, but I bought it probably two yrs ago but didn’t think it was working so I stopped using it. Is there anyone out there that has used on and it’s actually worked? If there are actual success stories from it maybe I’ll try it again..

i have a nice set of abs coming in,im 6 foot tall,i weight around 155. i have like 5% body fat. I want something to help me burn off a little bit of weight and increase muscle. Any types of whey that you would recommend,perhaps from someone who has done this? thanks. I use a ab wheel a pretty good bit and i life weights,curling,benching,and the like.
I have the one that has the neck support, not the one that has the wheel. I was wondering how many times a day, how many reps i should do.
