So I just found this in the basement. Does anyone know how to use this?
Ab Gym

It has like 3 rubber strings and a handle with 2 wheels on it. I tried using it like this picture, but I’m not sure how that works my abs, feels more like my arms :P I can’t find the manaul ><

Oh, I’m pretty sure you sit on the mat :P

This advanced workout utilizes the Ab Wheel in conjunction with the BOSU Ball in a very targeted form to maximize form and function. This is an incredible workout that will help you get the results you seek.

I want the Everlast Standard Duo Exercise Wheel, which is out of stock on amazon, anybody else no where i can buy this?

I HAVE A ABCIRCLE PRO AND THE WHEELS WENT OUT ON IT SO I NEED SOME NEW ONES

Loistava värkki!

It looks like the Ab Rocket but it has more support. It has small wheels (skateboard looking) that roll you out as you move up and down. It comes with a free ball and boasts results in 10 days. I can’t remember the name of the gadget so I can’t find it on the web. I’m really interested. Please help. (it looks almost exactly like the Ab Rocket)

Thanks

Im 5’5 and I weight 170 and have started making some changes and working out. But when I cant go to the gym for some reason, I was thinking if doing workouts with resistance bands at home would be okay too? Also I was wanting to get a balance board and do those workouts and an ab wheel too? Would that work or not enough? thanks!

My mom and I started walking recently because we both want to lose some weight. We walk 30min to 1 hour a day plus i do some crunches and use to ab wheel. I try to eat as healthy as i can, and drink water instead of sodas. If i keep this up will i be able to lose at least 10 pounds in 2 weeks? I only have belly fat ; my arms, legs, and face are good.

Linda training abs on the wheel

i recently bought one at the sports store, and i was wondering if anyone has tried this or is doing this exercise. testimonials will be helpful. i’m still deciding whether or not to use this instead of the classic crunches and whatnot
aaaaaa d: but i happen to like exercising.

I just wanted a little help with forming a plan with the exercise equipment I got for Christmas. I want to work out my whole body and become healthier while trimming my stomach a bit. What plan should I do and how often should I exercise with them?
Here is the list of what I got:
exercise bicycle
ab wheel
resistance band
free standing punching bag(looks like a ballon)
ankles weights

PS-No mean or stupid answers please.

www.keithmolloy.com Doing crunches is NOT the best way to prepare the abdominals. Performing a lot of spinal flexion won’t give you the strong, fit, cut abs that you’re looking for. The abs dynamically stabilize the body during movement. Check out this short clip of Peter (age 68 by the way) doing two versions of the ab wheel. The first version shows a lower risk exercise with the wheel targeted to the abs. The second version shows an exercise that hits; abs, lats, shoulders, low back, glutes….you get the idea). Check out the video, and then try one of these versions, depending on your ability. You’ll be sore the next day, and then I’m sure you’ll add these to your program. live right, Keith
